In 2025, we will be offering three sponsorship levels: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Below are the details for each:

Platinum - $6,000
• Access to and table at all 2025 events for up to 4 people, including a large, premium table at our annual Spring Expo.
• Space for robot/system display at the Spring Expo next to table.
• Enhanced visibility with topline sponsorship billing on our website and all LRIG-NYC communications.
• Sponsored webinar slot in 2025 to reach a targeted audience.
• Quarterly social media posts on Instagram and LinkedIn, amplifying your brand’s reach.

Gold - $4,000
• Access to all 2025 events for up to 2 people with a table at the 2025 Spring Expo.
• Recognition on our website as a Gold-level sponsor.
• Excellent branding opportunities and direct access to our engaged community.

Silver - $1,500
• Access to all 2025 events for 1 person (no table).
• Listed sponsorship billing on our website (below Gold).
• Discounted table at the Spring Expo.
